Before we start the actual workout, we determine your goals in a detailed initial consultation and document your fitness level. On the basis of the anamnesis I will draw up the first training schedule for you.

You have all the equipment you need for training at home, but are unsure whether your workout makes sense and if you are performing the exercises correctly? I will optimise your training and instruct you in the right movements. The 12-weeks-plan includes the starter kit, one training session and a final documentation of your progress.
*If you decide to change to personal training with me within the 12 weeks, the rest of the fee will be credited.
